Its personnel was efficient and kind, nothing too much trouble. Booked a room with balcony. The location of the hotel was central, very close to Marrakesh, transport to hotels and tours, the Medina:)))

We had a really lovely stay overall, recommend. Stunningly beautiful hidden hotel in perfect location in the heart of the Medina. Continental breakfast with a wide array of outstanding meals to choose from.

The hotel was fairly clean and the interior was tradiotional. Slippers and a private entrance were available in our queen room. Venue staff was very very nice. All facilities were maintained too. Moreover, free wifi worked in public areas.

My room was big size and there is hearty breakfast. Astonishing view, a beautiful balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. A tub was fairly clean and everything was spotless. Very central setting of the hotel. Helpful service and a top restaurant, available onsite.

of course, recommend. give kudos to manager. there was a sunny balcony facing the pool. only 10 min walk to downtown.
